This makes multiple times since the beginning of the year that I have been through this drive thru and it?s closed when the... hours of operation say it?s open. Probably not enough help. Had to wait about 10 minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich that was obviously sitting for a while..it had no cheese or pickles... but was OVERLOADED with sauce. To the point even wiping it off didn't help. It was inedible. The fries were good. That was it.I'm disappointed. ???? Read more
On a Sunday Night they only had bone In chicken and chicken tenders. They also had Cajun Rice. That was it. The other 30 things... on the menu were not available including all the different side?s. Negative 5 stars Ordered on the app. Arrived a few minutes early. 5:30pm. On 10.6.22 Was asked to pull over to the side had 2... minutes for the chicken. I order a 5 pc chicken only. Watched 6 cars go thru the drive thru and leave plus 2 door dash driverswhile I sat and waited. 20 minutes I sat and waited and still no chicken . Won't be coming back and will express howdissatisfied I am am all over Facebook and every platform I can use. The cashier was nice enough. I didn't get my dipping sauces for my chicken tenders. The wings were baby chicken wings. (See... picture) There was a biscuit that was larger than the wings! Not worth the over $7 price not including drink! It was delicious???? though! ???? Read more
First I walked in and was looked at like I was an alien then was told I couldn't order in the store. So then I got inline for... the drive through the moved 1 car in about 10 minutes. I pulled forward heading towards the drive thru order menu speaker thingstill with cars in front of me. I'm just sitting there and noticed that both the freezer and cooler doors are wide open. I alsonoticed a couple employees just off to the side chatting away. Cars aren't moving so after sitting another 10 or 15 minuteswithout moving mind you I decide I don't want anything prepared at this place as I can see food in the freezer is no longerfrozen or at least solidly frozen and I can see condensation over most of the product in freezer and cooler. Attitudes and acomplete disregard for food safety just is not a place I will ever return to again. The last 2 times we have gone were terrible. It was in the 5 o'clock hour and they were out of all sides except mashed potatoes.... The chicken was burned this last time. The workers were using undesirable language which was heard in the drive-thru window. Theoutside drive-thru is filthy. This business has really gone downhill. The owner and manager need to work together and clean itup all the way around. They have lost our business. Read more
