If I could give this place negative stars. I so would. They never answer their phone when someone calls, they never get your... order right, and it takes forever to get your order at the window oh and don?t get me started on how their against selling thesweet tea when Bethalto rally?s does. I cannot overstate how much I LOVE the Mobile/Delivery Lane. This is the most streamlined and effective method to hand out... orders. I am never told at the window that they are missing something (once, the milkshake machine was broken, and they resolvedthe issue with the customer). While all of my interactions with the workers have been short, they have been sweet. I have neverbeen greeted with anything other than genuine kindness from the workers, which I appreciate so very much. Super nice, superquick, super great! Read more
