Food was not good. Quality has went down tremendously. Used to be my favorite restaurant. My birthday celebration was horrible.... Scampi was crunchy, Alfredo noodles dry no sauce. Had to poor butter on them. Bread was the only thing good. Price for endlessshrimp was great 21.99. Fried shrimp good. The new shrimp with bacon ok I won't be back. Read more
Overall everything was alright. Nothing sensational. It was a better dining experience the last time went prior to the pandemic... which was 2011. Service was lackluster courtesy of the extended wait for the server to take our drink order(15min), in auncrowded restaurant. Food came out in fair amount of time, was hot and properly presented. Delicious. Red lobster upped the ante. The grilled choices and the seasoning is top notch. I also am on a low salt diet, it... worked out very well my kid loved the food as well. They added so much food to the menu post pandemic, it was definitely atreat. The daily, weekly, and lunch specials are a great addition to the menu. But the best thing of all... the customerservice..., PHENOMENAL! That was hands down great, from the waitress to the host, every employee has a fantastic disposition.5*s just off that alone. Alton, Illinois has the Best Red Lobster in town. They did not disappoint.
This location never disappoints. We've ordered carry out from this location on several occasions. Each time our order has been... accurate and fresh. First and foremost would like to say a big thank you to Red Lobster for supporting our veterans, my husband just retired with 20... years service and I'm very proud of him! He's been craving shrimp from red lobster and on Veterans Day they were vi inf out anentire free shrimp dinner to which we are so grateful!
