I come here nearly every weekday for lunch. I always receive wonderful service and quality food. However, I have shown up for... breakfast several times over the past 2 years and they never seem to be open right at 7. In fact, I just get silence at thedrive through speaker even if it?s 7:15. If they do not open at 7 and their profile has that error, it should corrected. I amsitting in the parking lot now and watching cars just sit in the drive thru expecting service but only to be greeted withsilence. Update: They started taking orders at 7:11. I ordered thru the computer in the lobby wasn't even greeted. When I was done with my order the girl running drive thru slammed... my cup on the counter and walked away. Received my food got home I had gotten a nacho bellgrande and OMG the chips were so staleand so were the cinnamon twist. Read more

My wife and I go to this Taco Bell because it?s so close to our house but our order is never right. It?s always something is... made wrong or is missing from the order. Tonight before we left I checked to make sure everything was in the bag which it was. Iknew something was going to be made wrong due to the fact everything was in the bag. Last time I ordered two chicken Chipotlemelts and got one and have an issue EVERY time without fail. Tonight, got home and my wife unpacks the food and I simply askedfor no lettuce on my taco and they literally only put cheese and meat on it. I?m pretty livid about the experience I?ve had heretime and time again . Won?t be going to this Taco Bell anymore and will drive a little farther to have our food done right. Walked into this Taco Bell & was never greeted by any employee. Ordered on a tablet, because the staff wasn?t at the registers.... Our food came quickly. We got it to-go.
