I went threw the drive thru before work today and grabbed a salad. Well the salad was full of hair. I found 4 strands before I... stopped looking. I called and spoke with the manager. She asked if I wanted to come back and get another salad I declined.However I suggested that she have a look at the other salads. I'm not sure if they are pre made. She said she would. Wish I would have taken a picture-the meat on my sandwich was off of my bun and the whole thing was covered with ketchup. After... waiting 5 minutes at the speaker without so much as a 'one second' etc to have our order taken we also were missing items forour order. Read more
This is a common occurrence with drive thru, so I try to be specific and clear. I ordered a Dave's Double burger with ketchup... only. I emphasized that I did not want cheese only ketchup. The person taking my order repeated the no cheese request and I toldher it was correct. When I got home and inspected my order, there was cheese. I shouldn't have to inspect my drive thru orderevery time I go there. Read more
I get that everyone has bad days but don't take it out on other people. Especially your customers. Cashier's have major attitude... problems. I've never heard a sigh through a drive thru speaker before trying to order here. Read more
When I went and got my lunch, I was eating in the parking lot and noticed I needed fluids in my car and I had my hood open to... put the fluids in and a really nice young lady came out and asked me if I was ok and did I need something to drink, I thoughtthat was so nice of her. Read more
