Got to the window and was told my order had been deleted. Sat there for over 10 minutes waiting for my food. Sack came out the... window and all that was said to me is "THERE". OK pull away get to the stop light, stuck my hand in the bag and none of it waseven warm. What were they doing for 10 minutes because this food had obviously been sitting for a bit. They were out of lettuceand tomatoes for their 1921 sliders too so my order wasn't even really done right. Thumbs down! Read more

This is a slow restaurant, but the employees are very nice. I have seen customers come in and yell at the employees, and I... honestly think that management should do something about it. Customers harassing and berating employees for any reason shouldresult in at LEAST removal from the store. These employees do not in any way deserve to continue to be treated that way. Read more
Better than the last few times I went there. Thr kid working the window was clearly new and swiped my card for a different... order. Luckily it was for a doordash that was prepaid so no harm no foul. My biggest complaint is you need to work on drive thrutimes. There is no reason why I sat in line for 15 minutes with only 3 other cars in front of me, work you peak hours differentthan off peak and make you team members practice. Better to make extra food getting better than to lose business because ittakes over 10 minutes to get 4 sliders. Read more
Normally this is in my top 3 favorite places to get a quick bite. This time though, 20 minutes to take our order in drive thru... (understaffed) and another 15 waiting for our order. Our crave case burgers were colder than room temperature. Get this placemore staff! 2 employees just isn't enough! I waited over half an hour because we love the food but 35 minutes for a quick biteis to much! Read more
Excellent service. We arrived late in the evening to the drive through and really wanted to grab a crave case as we had been ... driving for 8hrs. The staff member taking order let us know there were only two people inside making food - which of courseseems to be case everywhere these days. We weren’t in a hurry so no problem there. I asked if they mind doing a crave case andthey obliged and were completely pleasant throughout our wait. Bonus: even with just two there, they were pretty fast. Theburgers were great, fresh and hot! This use to be the best White Castle but over the past year, I haven't been able to get a fresh meal yet! When you ask them to... cook it fresh, they still won't do it! I've gotten white Castle cheese burgers with no onions or pickles on multiple occasions! How do you forget to put onions and pickles on it when that's all that comes on there! So frustrating that these young peopleare careless about what they serve and even worse that the managers are letting them serve it! I'm done now for they have servedme dried nasty Castle burgers once again after we asked them to cook them fresh ???? Read more
Came for a door dash pick up that was put in before 1 pm. I'm still sitting here waiting. The ladies started the order at 1:28... pm because they "couldn't find it" they were in slow motion and rude. I know times are hard, but these people are lazy as hell. Read more
