Accepted my online order for pick up in store and then store was not open, only drive-through which line was a mile long. Then... when I tried to call them I got a message saying they were busy with no option to leave a voicemail. Tried calling several timesthroughout the day and got the same message. Disgrace to Dunkin? Donuts franchises everywhere and poor representation of thissacred New England coffee institution. Read more

Waited forever in the drive through with only 2 people in front of us, got the wrong order and no napkins. Looked short handed.... Possibly a new person in training but still... bad trainer in that case. Read more
The bacon egg and cheese on a sesame seed bagel was exquisite
I go to this Dunkin to get a extra large coffee and the prices they're a very good. This Dunkin is quite small but very busy has... a long drive through area and is one of the first things you see when you go to Alton Bay. A very nice place to get a coffee. Read more
We got a nice med macchiato with water. Wasted $3 as we didn't inspect it before driving off to our next destination. Too late... to turn back. Read more

The guys working were very friendly, and seem to enjoy what they were doing. Nice to see.....there's still hope!
