We went this morning for breakfast and it was packed! The group of kids running this location did a fantastic job! They were so... calm and kept apologizing to every customer. Ok, so it's a McDonald's, we all know it isn't going to be great, however, this review really isn't about the food. It is about... the young gentleman who was running the place. Clearly very understaffed and slammed, the self ordering terminals were down andthere were "customers" yelling, threatening and swearing at the staff while we were waiting for our order. The gentleman runningthe counter remained polite and very calm all things considered. It's a McDonalds, the foods alright at best, but the staff andthe shift leader should be getting five stars for how they handled themselves on the evening of Sunday, July 24th, 2022. Read more
Went here on my way home from Maine and when I went it side, there was trash overflowing, no toilet paper in the women room,... full drink cups left near the fountain area and trash all over there too. Most of the employees had sunglasses on and AirPods inan ear. The place truly looked like it was just run by a bun of teenagers who don't care about how business looks. I hope you dobetter. I understand times may be a little hard still due to Covid, but the way the inside looked, it wasn't about shortstaffing, it was about lack of consideration for customers or management. Read more
It's McDonald's! Drive-thru is quick, although this particular location does get busy especially in season on the weekends. The... kids that work there were polite and nice and the order was correct. What more can you ask for? Read more
My husband and I stopped here on our way home from a friend's house in Maine. This was a huge mistake. We ordered our food on... the touch screen terminal thing inside and paid for our food. We took a triangle with a number like it said and sat at a table.We waited 15 minutes for our food when I finally went up to the counter to wait. The young worker's we're walking around behindthe counter. One kid kept eating fries from the warmer every time he walked by. And rubbing his hands through his hair. Wewatched two other customers come in because they got their orders wrong. We would have left at that point but we were hungry andtired and already paid for our food at the terminal. We ate our food and used the bathrooms before we left. The bathrooms weredirty. When we arrived home we both became sick with diarrhea and this McDonald's is the only food stop we made. We have been tomany McDonald's locations and we have never experienced anything like this. I have never given such a terrible review. But Iwanted to be truthful and fair. I understand it was a weekend holiday but there didn't appear to be an adult manager present toaddress these issues. I hope that they can explain to their employees about professionalism in the work place and the importanceof keeping things clean. Read more
By far, the worst McDonald?s experience ever. All-teens staff, only one kid actually working. Two wore gloves, but the girl kept... touching her hair and face with gloves on. Fries were like warm and stale, chicken nuggets, burger and chicken sandwich werethe same. The bar is pretty low for fast food, but even this was a disappointment, we didn?t even finish the food. Had to mix my own McFlurry at home because they simply didn?t do it I dump it out to find little to no topping. Way too... overpriced to pay for plain vanilla soft serve. Train your employees better. Read more
Employees were too busy playing on their phones to remember they were supposed to be working. They also had to be reminded to... give us our drinks and they forgot the fries in one of the two happy meals. Bathroom smelled like someone dumped a bucket ofdehydrated golden yellow urine on the floor. Otherwise it was okay. Read more
