Worst service ever ! Ordered through the drive through had an issue with my order and this worker savanna was very rude no... customer service what so ever, I don't even know why they are there. she's always so rude cursing out through the window like wecan't hear her . I ordered a bundle box and a blueberry muffin through the drive thru and they only gave me the bundle box. This is the second... time they didn't get my order right. The first time I ordered mcgriddles and they kept getting my order wrong. When they wouldask me what my order was, they would slam the drive thru window on me. Mr. Del Barrio, your franchise leaves much to be desired in terms of service, especially when it comes to accuracy, promptness,... and customer acknowledgment. This is most evident when they get a bit of a customer rush. Things seem to fall apart. Whencustomer?s first walk in employees turn to look, but nobody offers to help right away. They are very good at looking atcustomers several time without so much as a smile. When the orders are taken it?s a flip of a coin on whether or not it will becorrect. After this step comes a long an arduous wait. Especially because there is a line of customers trying to get theirorders corrected. If any customer speaks out about this, they get a snarky response from management, thus exacerbating thealready unpleasant experience. It is evident that the issue is being caused by poor management and not the fact that mostemployees are young adults. This is not the only location, displaying your name with these issues. I had to give it a 1 star just to be able to leave a review, but in reality my review is a 0. To start off I ordered my curbside... food through the app. I arrive 20 min later to still have to wait 30 more minutes. I get off to speak with the so called managerSavannah Garza and she had no clue what ?the protocol is?. When I explain what the protocol means she goes oh there?s notprotocol the food will be taken out to you when we get to it. So I question what?s the point of curbside if I still have to waitthe same time as other customers and even more and she response was ?i don?t know? as you can see there?s a lot of peoplewaiting. This place is always messing up something. Wether it?s raw food or messing up the order. Tonight the chicken nuggets in the kids... meals were cold and raw! Milk shakes weren?t even shakes, super watery. Honestly it?s rare that I come to this one because ofthis, I didn?t have time to go to another one unfortunately. Arrived at 5:17 AM to buy three Egg McMuffin meals. Found however that both drive-thru lanes were blocked by cones (see... photo). Assuming the place was closed looked online and opening hours are 5:00 AM. Checked the doors and said the samething. Eventually saw someone cleaning windows outside and asked if they were indeed open. "Yes" he said and removed thecones. Drove to the first drive-thru window and asked if they were open. The cashier said "Yes but onlycoffee." Disappointed, I thanked the lady and drove away. It was too late to drive to another McDonald's at that point and mytwo colleagues and I didn't get our beloved McMuffins. Giving 3/5 stars as the exterior was clean (even saw a guy cleaning thewindows), well lit, location pretty decent. Read more
