The last few times I have visited, the service has dramatically declined. This time was no different, worse in fact. Waited in... the drive thru for a good ten minutes before they took my order. When I tried ordering, they were out of a couple of the popularitems. When I got to the window, the person that took my cars and handed me my food didn't say a single word. Just took and ranmy card. I only stopped here cause it's 1 of 2 restaurants in the area that's open past 10. I will be going to the other fromnow on. Not worth my time. Update: just started eating and my fries are not only cold, but they are rock hard. How hard is itto make fries?? Read more
What an absolute disaster and an embarrassment. Showed up at 7:50 a.m and there was only one customer on the premises. We waited... 20 darn minutes BEFORE our order was even taken. When we did order they didn't have enough iced coffee to make 4 iced coffees.And the food was awful. Would have been better off getting our meal from the local hay bales. Trapped in the drive-through, we have been sitting here for over 20 minutes. No acknowledgment that we are even here in front of... the speaker. Got out of my car to go ask if the speaker was working and was given a very confused look like there was somethingwrong with me. This Burger King consistently disappoints us and is unfortunately the only one near us. Always at least a 10 minute wait whether... we?re the only car in the drive through or not. And no more than a couple cars in the parking lot. Must have issues withstaffing? Read more
Oreo shake was good but a little on the runny side. For $1.99 the 8 PC. chicken nuggets weren't the greatest but were edible,... for that price don't expect 5?s. But again today the fries were a disappointment, on the soggy/soft side. It's always 50/50gamble with the French fries there, when they get them right, they are great, but they are not consistent. We had to pull aheadand wait for our food to be brought out, and the employee also brought out a couple slices of bacon for our dogs which was veryconsiderate, which saved a star for this review. Where do I start? I worked on the street and it?s the closest thing to my work and usually when I get there I?m the only one in... line and I order my food takes him five minutes Stephen get on the intercom and then after I order my food. They have me pulloff to the front of the building so they can run the food out to me every single time literally every single time, I shouldn?thave to wait for my food when there?s nobody else in line and most of the time even though I wait for my food, the fries aren?tfresh and sometimes the sandwiches that I get a room temperature so I don?t know if they?re just messing around back there, butthis place needs some real management. I literally haven?t gone there once and they?re not be a wait it?s ridiculous. Read more
