Was at this Casey's and asked about a price difference from the last time, and a blonde cashier with a bob haircut answered my... question in a very rude and condescending tone that wasn't necessary just to get me out of the store and on to the nextcustomer. Read more
I don?t know much about the gas station but their car wash is the worst one in the metro
I give this place a "3", only because the petite black female employee was a "jack" of all trades. In my short time in the... store, she took care of the long line of customers and when the last customer was helped, grabbed a broom and started sweeping. I wish I knew her name, but if my descriptions help solve who it is, just be aware, she's a keeper. Also, periodically checkyour automatic flushes on your urinals. This Casey's store, as well as any other in the metro area, is awful. We ordered a simple cheese pizza, and my daughter was told... they didn't have the order. My daughter called me and I was told oh, sorry, that pizza is in the oven. The pizza was overdone,hard as a rock and had little sauce. My other daughter returned to complain about the pizza and was given a major attitude aboutthe overbaked pizza by Paige. Paige said to the other employee should we just give her another customer's pizza so she'll shutand leave? We were given another pizza, that had sausage on it, when we wanted a simple cheese pizza. The customer service atthis Casey's store has been deplorable for years, and it is only getting worse. I will not do any business with Casey's again.This chain is a joke these days. Read more
As soon as I walked into this the guy at the front desk just sitting down on his phone. Casey's is supposed to be all about the... freshness of their Pizza everything they had was burnt including the pizza putting the chicken the burgers looked old. Casey General Store on the east side of Des Moines is an good establishment. By far, this gas station and convenience store was... one of the better on our trip. The store was well-kept and provided some good selections. The bathrooms need checked morebecause the men?s restroom had a dirty toilet. Loooove there pizza but....Tonight I had enough Casey's cash in my rewards to purchase a large supreme Pizza I was short 1.18... and added it to my debit card when placing the online order. When I got home later reading my bank account, they charged my cardthe full amount of the pizza And took my rewards the full amount. I've tried calling the store now for 2 hours with no answer.
