Stopped in for ice cream treats with my nieces and nephew tonight. At least 3 employees stopped by the table as they... cleaned/delivered food and engaged with the kids. The kids were super impressed with how friendly the staff was and said this ifthe friendliest Culver's they've ever been to (and they've been to several). Kudos to the staff that didn't ignore excited,perhaps a little rambunctious, children but instead made their experience a memorable one! Read more

I really want to share how amazing this Culver?s and its owners are?..my husband and I stopped at the Altoona Iowa Culver?s late... after a long day of travel on our way home to Wisconsin from vacation. The dinner was awesome and the young staff behind thecounter was so friendly and helpful. When we got home I realized I left my purse at the restaurant. The owners were so quickto offer to overnight it to me saving me from making a 5 hour trip back to get it. I am beyond thankful. These are the kindsof people we all need to support with our business. Went to dinner with a friend and it was yummy! I had the butter burger basket she had the fish basket and substituted fried... cheese curds and then we shared so we could have some it each. Next time I am having ice cream for dessert! It was busy but noproblem finding a table. Read more
Nearly every time the order is wrong or missing. Food is good, just need to double check your bag before you leave. Just... disappointing going through drive thru and have to go in to dispute order issues. Read more
