Only person in drive thru and no cars in parking lot. Waited at the first window for a couple minutes then drove forward. A... couple minutes later someone opened that window and I heard someone say, didn't she see me standing there? No with the windowshut. No one said a word to me and when the person handed me my food he shut the window right away. I had an interview at thislocation several years ago and they stressed customer service but it doesn't show. Read more
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Absolutely filthy. Not a single clean table. Floors covered with food and trash. Bathrooms... disgusting as well. Ate here on Saturday Aug 13th around 10. Fairly certain there was no manager on site, looked like a bunch ofteenagers running the place.! Lots of employees standing around in the back. Food is just like McDonald's food the double quarter pounder was not hot and juicy the fries were over salted and tasted dry.
It's a McDonald's so I go through the drive thru and it takes forever to place my order. The order taker spoke so softly it was... almost impossible to hear him. And sometimes it took a minute or more to acknowledge an item I ordered. Also got there at10:30am and they had no biscuits left. :-( Read more

I have ALWAYS had issues with this location getting our order wrong. Thank goodness I have smartened up and no longer allow my... kids to eat McDs. However, wanted to treat them to the Halloween buckets. First of all, they never include the ranch with thechicken nugget happy meals. I will ask them when they hand out the food "the ranch is in the meals right?" And it's always a"yep, they should be." And it NEVER is and then they act annoyed when I have to ask and they have to give me what I ordered!!Also, ordered a cheeseburger without pickles and received a plain hamburger. SMH! It has been almost a year since we have beenat this McDonald's and it's safe to say...the service or lack there of is still the same. Read more
