The hashbrowns were fresh, and extra crisp (a tad too much for me, but still good). The sausage and chees biscuit was amazing. ... I was actually happy just getting the cheese, because alot of different McDonald's I go to and order the sandwich w/ cheese,they always seem to forget, even though you have to pay $.70 for it. Horrible customer service experience, managers got the teens dealing with the complaints. Hope those kids get better leadership.
Why is it so difficult to fulfill a simple order? The employees constantly fight for higher hourly wages, but can NEVER seem to... get the order correct. If I did my job the way they do, I?d get fired. It makes no sense that it is ok to not do your jobcorrectly. I ordered (2) #2s and one #5 with cokes?..simple right? Apparently not, I got (1) sausage, egg, cheese McMuffin andnot the other. It?s pretty difficult to get all the way home and tell one of your family members that they don?t have what paidfor and they don?t get to eat it. Sad, just sad. Good food was hot! Customer service was on point.
They mess up every time. Our food is room temp. Fries are half filled. This Is the one on 8th st across from Walmart. Plus... should not have to assemble sandwiches to be all on the bun. Read more
We had a wonderful experience here. I don't normally expect such professional, courteous service from a fast food joint, let... alone McDonald's. Jennifer and Margaret were a wonderful help! The food was very hot, super fresh; hands down one of thefreshest and best tasting burgers I have had at McDonald's to date! Terrible experience! Paid for extra Big Mac Sauce. When I took a bite, I didn't taste any sauce. I opened the sandwich, NO... sauce at all! Went in to ask for the extra sauce I paid for, I was told since I took a bite, I would not be able to receive thesauce. In addition, I asked for 1 packet of salt, and in the bag, there were 4 packets of pepper. Don't stop at this McDonalds! Read more
