What a great place! (We went to the one in Altoona, Iowa). We were so impressed from the options to choose from when ordering... online. They were sooooo busy when we arrived but they were prompt & pleasant. Ordered pizza at 11am for my employees. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I called to check the status and was told sorry but we don't... have a driver or anyone to make your pizzas so we canceled your order. She then tried to tell me that she tried calling whichwas a lie because I went through our call log and NOBODY ever called! This was an 1 hour and 45 minutes after I ordered!! Areyou kidding me!?!? We have ordered from them multiple times and there ALWAYS seems to be an issue at this location! You shouldshut this location down or get a different manager that can fix their issues because the one they have currently obviously can'thandle it!! Read more
Had pizza delivered to my hotel room, it arrived quick and was hot and delicious
Take out. Pizza was beyond cold. We live 6 mins and delivery was over 30 minutes. Took over an hour and 30 mins for pizza and... delivery to arrive. I recommend not tipping when paying for pizza. Read more
I ordered food and was given a 45 minute wait time and after an hr I called and was told it would be to me in 8 minutes and then... 20 minutes later the food arrived and the pizza was lukewarm. so the pizza was subpar and as this has happened before I wouldn'tsuggest this place unless they can get their act together cause not only did my family have to wait almost 2 hrs for food we hadto distract our toddler since food didn't show up when it was supposed to. Honestly don't eat at this place unless they gettheir act together cause it's sad to be on hold trying to find out when your food will get there only to hear that Northerlightscares about their customers and will get you the best food they can when you wait almost 2 hrs for Lukewarm pizza that yourbetter off making a frozen pizza at least the frozen pizza will be hot when I go to eat it. I always hate to give a poor review to local stops and restaurants, but sometimes you have too. Ordered at 5:30 with a 45... estimated wait time. Received at 7:20, almost 2 hours later. I guess that would be ok, but the pizza was cold and was not aquality pizza even if warm. For a close to $30 pizza, this was one of the more poor orders I have had over the years oftravels. If it is a staffing issue, businesses need to start declining delivery options and just do take out. Honestly, Ishould have just got dressed and went out, was a very underwhelming experience. Would be a 5 but....... The older gal was pretty darn rude to other employees and does not know how to deal with stressful... situations, like computer being down and tons of orders!
