Inconsistent military discount policy. One staff will offer free drinks and other time..no discounts or drinks. Come on..be... consistent and considerate to your vets. Either you offer discounts to the vets or you don't. Staff were not friendly andrather rude. Staff and the manager at this location could really use customer service training. Food was good. They reduced thesize of the burrito. Food service sector is a very competitive, especially $10 burrito is a niche. The staff and manager donot meet my expectations. I do not recommend this location. Our first time at a Pancheros. Food was ok. A little spicy for our tastes. Was sorta high price. Could have had a full Mexican... meal for the same price as 4 tacos and a bag of Blue Corn chips. Read more
You dont even deserve a star!???? You run out of burrito shells,then you offer to make a small burrito out of taco shell. Ok,... sounds good I said. I seen how micro mini the burrito was and said can you make one more. Then they offered free cheese saucethat was nice. Until we got to the register. 35$ for 2 rice bowls and 2 micro mini burritos, if you bought a large burrito itwas still way smaller. Food was cold also. They charge us for 2 bowls ,4 taco and extras they offered for free. They are liarsand scammers. Rude customer service. Read more
This is one of those build your own burrito places so it's hard to complain about too much since you literally choose how you... want it. My burrito was quickly prepared as I watched them make it & was very good. My only knock on Ponchero's was the chipsand queso, the queso wasn't very warm which caused it very quickly to turn into a waxy kind of liquid/solid plastic mixture,that was not great but everything else was excellent! Stopped here on a road trip. I didn't have high expectations since it is basically Chipotle, and I'm not a fan of Chipotle, ... but I was pleasantly surprised. I really liked that they mix all the fillings up before they rolled the burrito. No bites ofjust rice, guacamole or lettuce, you get a nice mix of everything with every bite. Only complaint is that there were tables thatwere dirty, so seating was a little limited. Read more
This is a choose your own ingredients burrito fast food restaurant. The only downside is the tables tend to be tight.
