I ordered via the Pizza Hut app and indicated that I wanted a large pizza with sausage on the entire pizza, half of it with... pepperoni and the other half with pineapple. When I picked up my pizza, the worker told me they were out of dough for the largepizza and gave me 2 medium pizzas instead. Ordering was fairly easy/straight forward through the app. This particular location also has a tendency to be pretty quick with... deliveries (usually delivering my order before the shortest estimated time). Also, the delivery driver on my last order was avery kind and friendly gentleman. Hope he can get some recognition! Read more
We ordered an all meat pizza and dry rub chicken wings. The dry rub chicken wings were great as always. We ordered a hand tossed... pizza but the store called and said they were out of hand tossed so we opted for pan. We felt the pan pizza was undercooked. Thedelivery guy was great!! Read more
Actually deliver my order! After a two hour wait, I called the restaurant... the system said the order was delivered. The driver... told the manager it was delivered, but it never made it to my door. Driver had the correct address, but I can only assume hedropped it off at a house with a similar house number. Read more
I placed my order online and called immediately to request one of the pizzas to be cooked 1.5 times to make sure it was done and... have them omit the seasoning on the cheese sticks I ordered and was placed on hold for more than 33 minutes. The employee at thestore said this happen frequently. We also ordered wings and received 1 of the 8 was about the size of a quarter, thisabsolutely unacceptable customer service and strongly believe this will be the last time I order pizza hut. The food is always perfect. We tried the new Detroit Style with sausage, red onion, and green peppers and it was AMAZING. Our... delivery driver "Randy" is one of our favorite people!! He treats us like best friends & family. He always has a cheerfuldisposition no matter what the time or the weather. We literally run out to his car to meet him when he arrives so both myhusband and I can chat with him for a few quick seconds. What an amazing person he is!! He definitely deserves BIG kudos.
