Stayed the night here on our way back to Ohio and it was a nice place. Very clean room and nice property. The only thing I could... complain about is that the was some sort of function with a bunch of kids. They were running up and down our hallway being loudwhich was making our service dog antsy. 1st the room they gave us at 7:30 pm hadn?t been cleaned. The 2nd room had not been swept or vacuumed. There was soap/shampoo on... the shower walls and a lot of hair. poor service from the front desk staff, was out smoking when we arrived and we had to wait until she finished. refrigerator did... not cool in room. very dirty, only one packet of coffee for a "suite room". not impressed with the larger room. also nobreakfast of any sort in the morning. Read more
Cost was to much for the dirty place it was, the bathtub didn't drain, the bathroom door wouldn't close to use bathroom to... tight. BREAKFAST WAS IN BAG! Water bottle, blueberry muffin, breakfast bar. I give this place a 0. It stunk in room, like bodyodor. No more Super 8 for me. Very small room. Read more

Called for information about the pet policy (I have 3 dogs), and the employee didn't know what the pet number limit was nor the... weight limit. They knew there was a weight limit, but didn't know what it was. The orbits web site says that the pet fee is $15/pet, but the employee said they knew for sure it was $25/pet. The employee said it would be better if I called back when theirboss was around. Employees should know policies and/or have a place where they can look it up. Websites need to be updated withcorrect information. This seems like a great way to lose potential customers.... And it has. Read more
So I gotta be honest, this place exceeded my expectations. The room are like modern chic, with large art pieces on the wall. My... room was big, and they let me check out the jacuzzi room and it's massive. The hotel has a pool that feels private enough forcouples and open at the same time for families or friends. While some staff at other hotels hate their jobs you can tell herethe front desk clerk Brittany and the cleaning staff really enjoyed theirs. Everyone had a genuine good vibe. They even went outthere way to accommodate me switching my room so I could get a better view of my vehicle. Overall this would be the best dealfor the price, Facts! Front desk clerk was slow on another call when I arrived. A go-getter maid noticed that a second phone was ringing off the hook... and answered it while the clerk finished her call. Once the clerk began assisting me, she handed me 2 key cards, neither ofwhich opened the room. I had to go back down to request confirmation of the room number and get new keys made. The clerk whoassisted me was headed off duty for a break and advised someone else could help me. The 2nd clerk confirmed the room number wascorrect but the room had no indication that keys had been made which mean the first clerk failed to make the keys correctly. Thego-getter housekeeper offered to go up to the room with me with the new keys since the door knobs operated in an un conventionalmanner. Instead of turning the latch down, they wdre installed in reverse and I had to lift the latch to ooen the down. Toiletwas backed up. Towels were small and thread bare. Read more
