Ordered the Boss Burrito...should be named 'Rice Burrito' because that was pretty much all it was. Not joking at all, there was... no more than 5 bites of chicken in the whole thing, and maybe 8-10 beans. So basically 3/4 of your burrito is rice, what a ripoff. Called the store to discuss the constant missing of add-ons or extras like sour cream or hot sauce or any other items you should... add to their products and some products are extra charges. They have been constantly not adding sour cream even though it ispaid for. And other items as well but they don't charge for them. But it will be on the receipt. Well, today was the last straw.Carlos was nice the girl handing out the food was nice. We were even told to pull ahead and wait while three other vehicles leftwith their orders. We waited only to find out they didn't put sour cream on. So made the phone call to a lady pretending to bethe store manager she then handed the phone to another lady named Monique as she was handing the phone to her she said "this guysays we forgot items in his order and it happens all the time it's unbelievable" Monique says "what's your problem" I said whois this she said the store manager. I told her the other lady said she was the store manager???? She then said what's wrong witha nasty attitude. I explained to her what I had told the other lady. She said so what do you want me to do about. I called thecorporate office and left a message for someone to call. Worse experience ever!! I came in to pick up my food and the entire restaurant was a complete mess. People were waiting over 10... minutes for they're good and wasn't even correct. A must-stop when we're in Iowa or heading west. As vegetarians, they will let us order tacos with beans instead of beef at no... additional charge. Potato oles plus chips and cheese. A really filling meal (and we ignore that it's our calories for theday). This location has always been clean when we stop; customer service has been friendly and helpful. Read more
Ordered the 4 cheese quesadilla because on the commercial it looked good and cheesy. I don't what this is supposed to be but I... would be embarrassed to serve this to someone. What the heck??
