I can't say too much about Wendy's...their drive thru is fast and efficient, the employees are nice and efficient, and the food... is great. I do love their new French toast sticks though, that's what I ate the last time I went. But normally, I'll eat aburger or chicken nuggets. The chicken nuggets...top tier in the realm of fast food nuggets. If you order their chicken nuggets,get some of the sweet and sour sauce - you won't be disappointed. Read more
Fast and friendly staff. The parking lot needs to be redone....too many pot holes so driver beware to some extent. The parking... in my opinion is wicked especially with their drive through traffic. The menue could be better in explaining what goes withtheir biggie bags.bag's.. Perhaps an order kiosk could help us who are hard of sight for small print on their menus board. Read more
I like their food burgers etc but their breakfast was really bad. Croissants were not really croissants and the eggs and cheese... were really nasty. Never had breakfast and won't again. Got a meal for a friend, the potatoes were fairly good. And the coffeewas so awful I didn't even finish it. Very disappointing not good for Wendy's reputation. Read more
Came in late after a concert. Sign on the outside said they close at 9 due to staffing issues, unless you have a mobile order.... We politely pulled to the side and put in a mobile order, as we pulled around to pick up our food through the drive thru, wewere greeted by a very unhappy woman at the window who basically threw the food at us and said here. That?s all she said. Not tomention that the fries were not cooked! Also the frosty was melted :( I get having issues with staffing and closing the diningroom early but there is no need to be disgusted and disrespectful to your customers. The dining room is close to we had to go through the drive through and ended up having to eat in the car. One of our orders was... correct and the other was wrong. The incorrect order was supposed to be a bacon cheeseburger and I specifically said no when sheasked if I wanted the baconator, I said I wanted to regular one with lettuce and tomato. Once we got on the road the sandwichwas indeed the baconator with no veggies, the opposite of what?s I asked for as well as an order of bacon cheese fries that had 3 tiny pieces of bacon and barely any cheese on them. I have never been so disappointed by this location and I probably won?tbe back! Read more
I was just there on 07/26/22 @about 4:30pm and I asked for a Biggie 5 for $5.00 or whatever it's called, anyway my fries were... warm not hot and I received a medium drink . As I was explaining I had a Large drink the girl that was standing between the guyI was talking with and myself she closed the drive thru window inwhich I thought was very rude . Anyway if you don't like whatyou're doing find something else to do, but don't make the customer pay for why you don't like your job , it just isn't fair notto mention I would like at least what I'm supposed to get for the money I spent . It's only right and not to give me somethingbecause you're trying to get rid of it, the customer deserves fresh food if it's supposed to be hot then that's what it shouldbe and if it's cold then that's what it should be. Hello, I had went thru the drive thru at approximately 10:20pm-10:30pm on Tuesday November 29th 2022. I was told by a staff... member that there close and are not accepting drive thru orders but are ONLY accepting door dash orders not sure how accuratethis is.
