Several weeks ago at Denny's I ordered a sirloin steak very well done and two sides. The steak came back rare. Told the... waitress, and then waited another half hour for my steak while the rest of my dinner sat on the cooks counter gettingcold. Decided to try Denny's again today. Service was terrible!!! Waited more than 10 minutes before the waitress took ourdrink order. After 15 minutes our drinks never arrived. When my husband complained the manager told us to leave and go toPerkins restaurant which we did. Service and food at Perkins has always been very satisfactory. Won't waste our time atDenny's ever again. Rude manager, terrible service. I'm 65 yrs old and this is the first time I've posted a bad review.?? Read more
Updating my review! My last review wasn't good either. Me and my boyfriend ordered online for pick up. We got the $6 value menu... breakfast deal. When I looked inside I was pretty annoyed, my bacon was burnt and I barely got any eggs. Not that I wasexpecting the container to be filled but I thought I'd get more than whatever that is. The only good thing were the pancakes. Ihave gone to Denny's 3 times in that past two months and every single time was terrible. I used to love Denny's and everyone wasso nice, and the food was awesome but now everything is terrible. I will not be returning here to waste my money. Read more
Excellent service miss having a Dennys around Excellent food
We were sat pretty quickly but it took 10 minutes just for our server to come over and get our drinks. We ordered milkshakes and... she gave us a glass that was cracked. Im a server and I know that when I get drinks for my tables, I always check the glass. Ihad to go up to the entrance to tell her because she disappeared. We ordered our food when it came out was all cold. I asked to see our waitress and told her our food was all cold. She asked if... we would like for them to remake the food and I said absolutely please that would be very appreciated. Which they did remake ourfood. Another lady asked if we were waiting for our check or food? I think she was the manager. I said we were waiting for ourfood because the first time it came out it was all cold. She said they are sorry and they would make sure it came out hot thistime. A few minutes later she handed me my check and said the food was on the way. When it came out it was nice and hot andtasted really good. They did not take anything off the check for us having to send it all back the first time. But I am justappreciated that they made it right and remade our food and it came out nice and hot. Read more
Coffee was fresh, meals were delicious, eggs cooked to perfection. Great service, wish we would have got our waitresses name,... but will definitely be back in look for her section! Very clean establishment. Read more
It was busy this morning when we eat breakfast around 8:30am. I order Salted Caramel & Banana Cream Pancake Breakfast. Two ... buttermilk pancakes cooked with shortbread pieces and topped with vanilla cream, bananas, more shortbread pieces and saltedcaramel. Served with 2 eggs (overhard I choose) , hash browns, 1 bacon strip and 1 sausage link. The pancakes is so delicious,creamy and most of all, the salted caramel syrup is so yummy every bite of the pancake. You must try! Read more
So, this location is opened 24/7. We arrived at about 1030 at night. The main dining area was full. We were told to have a... seat in the back where no one else was sitting. We obliged, we waited about 20 minutes until a middle aged employee that seemedreally bothered that we were there came and told us that we can't sit there. We explained that we were placed there by thehost. The main area still didn't have any open tables, and we were refused service in the area we were sitting. So, we leftand took our patronage elsewhere. Management really needs to get it together on the night time. Read more
