After driving 2 hours to meet my boyfriend and his service dog halfway we thought this would be a decent place to allow to bring... her in and eat. Remind you she is a service dog. I asked to sit in the back so we don?t bother no one. So we get seated in theback, order food, and by the time our food came out the manager came to our table and started to ask ?is this your dog?? Yesshe?s a service dog. ?can i see your proof? He hands her his card showing proof she is a service dog. This lady said this dog isan emotional support service dog and she?s not welcomed. We had the proof and everything. So we had to take her back to the carand leave her in the cold while we went back inside to eat. Long story short, not coming back ever again! It don?t matter ifwhat kind of service dog she is. We had the proof and the manager simply kicked her out. She want bothering no one. Such ashame. Read more

Service was better than last time we went. The last time we went, the manager & worker were outside smoking the majority of the... time we were there. Customers had come in, waited for 15 minutes & had left because there was only one waitress, running aroundlike a chicken with her head cut off. This time, it was the food. Our baked potato was hard & dry like it was old. My fish wasbarely warm when the waitress brought it out. Still not impressed. Our waitress was great though. ???? Read more

This use to be a nice restaurant to eat at. But when you wait 1/2 hour till you even get greeted, then told we are short staff... and you have to wait longer to be seated. You Leave!! Never saw the Manager, no one in entrance of restaurant. Poor Service!! Read more

Eat out 4-5 times a week. This is the worst breakfast meal/buffet I ever ate. Selections terrible and cold. Orange juice was... watered down, who does that. Stay away. Worst $37.00 I ever spent. Read more

Great service! Standard fare done well. The food arrived fast and it was tasty. The home fries were seasoned well. The... blueberry pancakes were loaded! I wish this chain was near my home. Read more
