The staff today deserve a raise and a paid vacation for what they had to endure! Phone and computer systems were completely down... and the sweetest girl admitted she had only been there two weeks and they only had 3 people making over 15 orders. Not a soul inthat building was upset. They were amazing ???? props I hope your GM sees this and recognizes all you did and how you managed tokeep the store open and with amazing customer service. Staff was pleasant, store was clean. Should have placed a special order instead of taking two hot and ready pizzas. Got home and... when we open the box the pizzas were dried out. Looked like they been setting for several hours, tasted like it also. Mostlikely will not buy pizza there again. Read more
Their cheesy bread and pizza tasted very good. Prices were reasonable. You need to call ahead so you don't have to wait for your... order to be prepared since they have no chairs to sit down while you wait. Read more
Never again called 4 times 5 th time a girl answered with an attitude like i was bothering her then she completely messed order... up 2 pizzas breadstix 54.oo ended up with 3 meat pizzas 1 thin crust and breadstix I was so mad I just payed and will neverorder again. Absolutely unprofessional, lady didn?t answer the phone for a whole 10-15 minutes it rang. Then when she answers the phone my... wife placed the order and tells her name for to pick up the pizza. Well when I get there 10-15 later she then proceeded to tellme ?Well I?m sorry your name is not registered in the system.? Mind you I have heard my wife carry on a full 4 minuteconversation with this lady on the phone. Well then when I get there to pick it up a short blonde haired girl, then tells me?Well I don?t know you didn?t order it here to have me drive across town to the other little Caesar?s to be closed. At thispoint I?m livid not only have I wasted 15-20 minutes of my time but now I am wasting my gas to drive to the other restaurant oflittle Caesar which is closed. So I return back then recite to the girl the number for the building and she goes well that?s ournumber but we don?t have your order. Spent $60 and didn't get my sauce with the crazy bread and my son does NOT like pepperoni so I ordered him a cheese pizza and... they gave me a pepperoni pizza! My order wasn't finished for almost an hour after it was supposed to be finished and I placed itan hour and a half in advance. Read more
