Got a teriyaki chicken and Walmart shrimp, they told me that the sauce comes in packet as I wanted it on the side , got home ,... no sauce anywhere in the bag. Chicken teriyaki and NO SAUCE !! Great job, had many employees in there just laughing and gigglingaround. Called as soon as I found no sauce , message was ? sorry, no one is available to take your call ? SERIOUSLY!!! Do yourjob !!! Noodles were old, chicken was dry. Cashier was to busy to answer questions. She just wanted the money.
I pulled up to drive through at 8:14 p.m. on a Monday night no I do understand that quarter after 8:00 in the evening is a... little later than normal although a place that is still open to the public and according to their hours posted on the front doorthey are still serving for another 45 minutes inform me that their kitchen is closed in a very limited menu the lady on thephone did tell me that they had about a portion of this left a little bit of this left egg rolls spring rolls white rice and alittle bit of veggies still left . I don't know about you but this personally says to me we have leftovers that have beensitting here for a while still left we close to the public in 45 minutes even though there is still three tables of peoplesitting inside the restaurant but we are not going to even think about possibly cooking anything fresh for you but we'reabsolutely going to charge you a full price oh yeah did I tell you the person taking my order I came to witness myself was outbehind the dumpsters. Outstanding counter staff! Everyone was actively doing something as I approached, and two folks quickly turned their attention... on me. My order was made, the two in mention snapped right to fulfilling my request. The food was warm, flavorful, actuallyattractive too. Update 12-8-18: it is 4:30 am and we are all food poisoned, have been vomiting our guts out for the past 2 days. My youngest... daughter got sick 1st and was dismissed early from school yesterday. All of us have the same symptoms and none of us were sickprior to eating. Classic food poisoning. It would be a good idea to inform your cashiers to stop opening the food boxes withtheir bare hands when they are ringing you up. 2 different employees opened the boxes to see what was in it. Each time theirfingers we're in contact with our food and the inside of the container. I even mentioned something to the employee and got aneye roll. Why not write it on the box what the contents are. NEVER touch someone's food, especially if you're handling money.Seriously, who trained these employees? I hate leaving negative comments, but this has got to be the worst! Hold on, I need togo vomit again. Original review: During its 1st week of being open I gave a 5 star review. Food was good and portionedproperly. Once all of the trainers left, this place went to the typical Altoona quality and service you find at most fast foodchains in the area. Terrible! NEVER and I mean NEVER have they filled the containers to the top and the food is always looselypacked. We ordered the family feast on 3 separate occasions, the 3rd being last night, 12-6-18. All 5 containers were about 3/4full. No where near the 26 oz. it should be. The last 2 orders, my kids thought we should weigh each carton out of curiosity. Here are the weights. As you can see none of them are full and none weigh anywhere near 26 oz. Quality has also went downhill ina matter of weeks. Nothing tastes like it should anymore. Orange chicken tastes like straight up vinegar and orange juice, Angusbeef sauce was brown water, walnut shrimp was soggy and all clumped together, the batter was still RAW, no walnuts.
