March 2022 Cashier was very moody and aloof, and then when I picked up my food I saw that she gave me two Asiago cheese egg... sandwiches. I got no apology, just an attitude and snippy tone saying that I ordered two of them, which I did not. I didn'teven care about the mistake nor wanted my money back, I just wanted to inform them of the issue. I thought the bill seemed highbut she never read back the order so that?s the problem. We ordered over $40 in food so the mistake was not obvious. And I evengave a $5 tip being a kind customer. The food was average to good, but not the attitude and obvious body language when weordered, where she acted as though we were bothering her for just being there. Not a usual Panera experience and I've been toat least 50 locations in about a dozen states. Read more

The bread is amazing, the meals are usually filling, it can be on the expensive side depending on your choice of food, they also... got a wide variety of baked good,ms, like cookies, scones, muffins, and also there iced tea flavors are great. Read more
I've been to several Panera Bread stores over time. They have tried to update and streamline the ordering process, but it... doesn't help when small but essential things get overlooked. This was the second time I have had to ask for half and half for mycoffee, because the pitcher at the coffee bar was empty. Would that not be something you check often and refill even before it'sempty when you serve coffee? They charge enough for a cup of coffee, they should have half and half to go with it. The employees was super helpful and recommend food based on my questions. The place was very clean. The environment is very... friendly and welcoming. Great place for meeting and get together. I like there system of using devices to notifying when theorder is ready. But they didn?t explain what was it for until I was called by my name. Just a little info like ? this will lightup when your order is ready ? would be helpful for first timers. Beside that, food was fresh and yummy.
