Ordered delivery for 8:00 and it finally showed up at 8:40. Pre-ordered at 6:00 to give plenty of time. Food came freezing.... Happened once before and thought it was a fluke. Read more

Pizza is always heavenly we got some at work every thing was perfect including bread sticks and cheesy bread. Will return!!
Every time we order the food is fresh and really good quality and we're always dealing with very friendly staff! It's always... delivered in a timely manner too. We order custom Papadias a lot and every time they've been made right and just as fresh as therest of the food too! Editing my review to reassert this place is very great when it comes to customer service!! Especially aworker by the name of Logan. He was extremely patient with us and helpful in helping us figure out our order and just a veryfriendly guy! Read more
If I could give a 0 or negative stars I would but I had to give at least one star to leave a comment. Do not buy anything from... this place, order from the one on the other side of town. It was my son's birthday weekend, we ordered online together so hecould get it just the way he wanted. We waited about 45 minutes for the pizza to arrive even after I had given a 5 dollar tipduring online checkout. Keep in mind this establishment is only about a mile from my house... After signing the slip and walkingin my house, I put down the box, opened it up and saw this mess (photo attached). How does this even happen, unless it wasdropped? The pizza was smashed all to one side and most of the cheese and toppings were stuck to the lid. I called the store tocomplain and had to wait 10 minutes on hold to talk to a manager. Once she answered the phone, I could already tell she was veryagitated before I even explained my situation. The only thing she said after my brief explanation for the call was "I'll havethe pizza remade but it is going to be over an hour till you get it." Never offered a refund never offered in store pick up fora faster time frame, she did however offer store credit on my next order but after this I will never be back. I called corporateand talked to a manager (after escalating past the front-line agent) who refunded my money and apologized to me. This will bethe 3rd and last time I get screwed from them, the last time we had burnt pizza and it was so hard we couldn't even eat it. The1st time we called in for a carry out and when we got home after the order wasn't even our pizza it was a plain cheese pizza andwe ordered a chicken and ranch with mushrooms. Read more
I called in already knowing what I wanted to order. The person in the phone proceeded to tell me their specials like usual, yet... after telling her no thank you and placing my order , continued to try and insist that I get their special instead. Once myorder was taken, I was told it would be ready for pick up in fifteen minutes. I wanted in the shop for over 20 minutes till Igot my order! I do not recommend this establishment if you are on a time frame!! ???? I just opened my pizza and there is afreaking hair on it!! Read more
I had a small meats pizza and it was soo good. My only complaint is I wish they would have cooked it longer. I like my pizza... cheese brown. LOL Read more
