We got a bottle of water mid lunch and the staff member (Alexis) was nice enough to pay for it. I am incustomer service and value good customer service. Normally it is great. However, this time besides the driver being given the wrong address and the pizza was not that hot, the... pizza itself has some issues. There was only sauce at the edges of the pie. Hardly any pepperoni, the bacon on one side wassparse and the sausage seemed like it was just tossed to land anywhere on the pie, although it was to be on the other side. Read more
I was told about 5 minutes for my order. I waited and waited and watched the cook put my order in the hot box and continue on.... The lady that took my order was busy so I had to wait until she walked past and seen that I was still standing there. I wasdisappointed also because I got 5 orders of bread sticks and 2 orders of cinnamon rolls and my order was NOT put in a bag! Itwas handed to me with no assistance in walking out. I watched the lady before me have a lot more items in her order and the samething, no bag and I am the one that helped her out. Its called common sense! Read more
