This store WAS my go to one. Live 1 mile away. Lately everything I order food on line its not ready/they never wait on the... drive thru . I?m sort of disturbed tonight I went in and ordered a sandwich and I saw her at the end finish putting my sandwich together with... NO gloves!! With all this COVID stuff going around you want me to wear a mask, I want you to wear gloves all the time!! Not tomention I know how the tickets go and you build as the ticket says nope they put my lettuce and pickles on the hot chicken thenmy cheese?? Really?? So I have hot soggy lettuce , yuck!! Always hides app orders behind counter. Have to wait in line to see if order is ready just for them to hand it to you instead of... using app order shelf. Also make sure you pay on the app or they don?t make order until you arrive. Went to pick up our orderand employees behind counter said ?oh you?re here? then started making our order. People that walked in and ordered in the storegot their order before us. We only ordered Mac and cheese bites. Only Sheetz in area that doesn?t know how to process apporders. Read more
Evelyn is outstanding but then again every employee looks like they love working at Sheetz if I wasn't a disabled vet and needed... a job I would not hesitate to join team this Sheetz I use 4 out of 7 days sometimes multiple trips in a day I am about 5 minsfrom store walking with my cane everyone knows me mangers like bill who works hard I can't pick them by name not because I don'tknow it but not one person that I have met is not an outstanding person I promise you I am not exaggerating about this storethere is something special but I am 52 and joined work force in 1982 at 12. It was back then I will give the truth everytime Iam asked I did mention a food service maker was off. I would not order if he work it was horrible 95%of the time 100% quality Idon't like to speak I'll about a person however it would effect my decision to buy a soft pretzel and shake instead of of havingmake to order sub.
