Second visit while on the road traveling. Completely messed up the drink orders. Large sweet tea with lemonade and large... unsweetened with lemonade and 5 Splenda. They put the 5 Splenda in the sweet tea. Gross! So now we're driving down the highwaywith a super sweet and one unsweetened... Highly disappointed and not up to Starbucks standard. skip this Starbucks during peak hours or the weekend. I waited 30 minutes for an order I placed on the app that consisted of one... coffee. When I asked about the status of my drink the woman was extremely rude and was even more rude when she handed it off tome once it was done. I know it was busy and sometimes you don?t have adequate staff but when there?s people walking in andplacing orders and getting their drinks immediately while there?s been others waiting 20+ minutes- there?s a logistics issuehere. I don?t mind waiting because I know it?s busy but the employee handing out/making the mobile orders was unnecessarilyrude. Read more

The left drink is from the starbucks in martins, the two on the right is from the standalone starbucks. Now I know that everyone... has their bad days, but this is the fourth time I have gone to this Starbucks and they have given me a pink drink, no berriesthat taste like water and coconut milk. No strawberry acai. So I decided to go back today and ask for a new one, they gave meone that was exactly the same. So I don?t get a complicated drink, but I?m mad anymore because the consistency of them making my drink is terrible. I?m not a... complainer, but if you are paying $5.57 for a drink, you want it made right. The staff is friendly, they just have noconsistency on any drink which is a shame. It seems that they get over confident and just ?wing it? instead of using themeasurements, or they are rushing due to being busy. Regardless, if you have an easy drink like black coffee - go here. If youare asking for a complicated drink spare yourself. This Starbucks is a great store located in the heart of Altoona, PA. There is a spacious patio for when the weather is... beautiful. And the Cafe area is large with plenty of seating. The staff was friendly and and quickly prepared drinks for thenumerous guests. The drive-thru is a great option for those in a rush. If you are looking for a quick drink and bite to eat,stop in.
