I didn't get a sandwich that day and I regret it.
Food was great. Employees were very nice
We arrived an hour and a half before closing time. We walked in and two staffers were in the front. The male greeted us... pleasantly as a female came in from the back and went behind the serving counter. He went into the back and she began busilyfiddling with the food and condiment bins. Putting covers on each bin as fast as she could and removing empty bins. I waited tobe addressed watching as she continued to fiddle with stuff on the assembly station. Finally I spoke up asking for a steak andcheese 6 inch sub. She asked me mmmmm? I asked ? What? She then repeated her question loudly while looking at me as though I wasinsulting her. When my sub was ready she asked is that all? Yes I replied. No thank you. Not one smile or pleasant greeting orfarewell. I sure hope she doesn?t put other customers this way. But experience tells me that she?s on the way to underminingthe location as a good place to grab a bite. Read more

THANK YOU for not caring about people who are gluten free and deciding to NO LONGER ORDER YOUR GLUTEN FREE BREAD. Because of... you, I have found Firehouse subs and they have the most incredible gluten free sub rolls EVER!!! The last time I walked intoyour establishment I tried to order a GF sub (as i always did), your employee said "We ran out and we aren't ordering anymore" .I love that for me.
