I'm a doordash driver in Altus Oklahoma, my first order at Jersey Mike's today had an issue with the order which was they didn't... have a particular flavor of chips, so I had to wait for the customer to respond with a substitution. As soon the customerresponded with their substitution I grabbed the flavor they wanted the manager then told the workers that we need to make sureeverything is in these bags. I let her know I was waiting on a substitution and as I was explaining it she cut me off and saidI'm talking to my employees have a good day goodbye I'm talking to my employees that was very unprofessional and I doubt I willbe personally eating there as long as that manager is there. So I've never been to q jersey Mike's that works this was and I'm appalled at what happened and I will not be returning to this... location. Let me preface this with a giant number 9 is $17 and change after tax. It's not cheap at all and the topping should befresh and plenty for that price. I was charged for the sandwich before it was made which is not standard procedure at jerseymikes, I asked the cashier why and any they supposed to make the sandwich first to which I got a blank stare and noresponse? After paying i get to the topping after asking if I wanted it Mike's way, which I declined, I I tell the sandwichartist I want mayo, and a bunch of lettuce, but as I'm saying it I look at container of lettuce and it's all yellow red andwilting. I say something to the lady she said yes we got a bad batch in you arnt the first person to say somthing. So I look ather like i just paid almost 20 dollars and you don't have lettuce??? At a sandwich shop mind. There is not excuse for this, aswalmart across the street has plenty of good looking lettuce and the manager or owner should go and buy some... the jerseyMike's I worked for the owner would be weekly hand deliver fresh produce from the farmers market. I've never seen dedicstionlike that at an other location. Just sad. Read more
Good customer service even though there was only one person working at the time. That made for a short wait while she made the... two sandwiches ahead of mine, but no big deal. Everything was fresh, clean, plenty to choose from, & made to order. Would stophere again if in Altus... one of my favorites back home. Read more
Tony made mine & my wife's sandwiches and they were great. I had Tony make me a sandwich that he likes there just they way he... likes it and it tasted great! Customer service was great too. Definitely eat here! Read more

Picked up a mobile order to take to eat lunch with my husband.... Service was so slow I had to drop off lunch and get back to my... own job... I believe they thought I was a food delivery service pick up.... Which shouldn't matter... But they feel those canbe delayed.
