I had originally rated this restaurant four stars. Since I started using the app, it has gotten really bad. I would rate the... drive-through five stars, as they usually get my order right, and are quick. The app is supposed to be quick, but let me share acouple of experiences from the past week. 1. A few days ago, I ordered a Big Mac on the app. It's supposed to take about fiveminutes for an order. I waited, engine idling, for ten minutes, then I called. "Oh, we gave your sandwich away. We're making youa fresh one." What? Aren't they ALL fresh? Were you going to apologize, try to make things right? Nope. Ten more minutes, and Ifinally got my sandwich. 2. Today, I tried again. You know, hope springs eternal, right? One Big Mac, two Quarter Pounders, fourMcChickens. Ten minutes later I called. "We had to wait on the chicken sandwiches. I ordered a large iced vanilla latte which I?ve been getting for awhile now. When she brought my drink to me I said no that?s... not what I ordered and she tried to tell me it was and asked if I had the receipt for proof. Honestly even if I did have thereceipt I wanted it to be remade but she refused. It looked like watered down mud water and it tasted so bad I almost puked. Thelady was extremely rude to me and she wanted me to come inside to get it taken care of and at that point I was done and I justsaid I?ll just deal with it I guess. I haven't been to this mcdonalds in awhile because they dont care! I was in a good mood today and thought I'd give them another... try. Bad idea! Worse mcdonalds ever!! Rude staff, Got the order totally wrong. We arrived at 8:20pm, the doors were locked so we went through the drive through. We... gave our order, 2 crispy chicken sandwiches, she asked if we wanted spicy, we said no, we asked for 2 fries, a mocha frappe, shesaid we can't make a mocha frappe, so we ordered a Dr. Pepper and a burger. I ordered a happy meal through door dash and I called the store to ask them to get the HI-C with no ice instead of milk because... my son is lactose intolerant and I called to report it and they hung up on me telling me to contact door dash when door dashdoesn't process the order they just come and pick it up and deliver it.
