Pizza Box deal and the pizza was incorrect and horrible. I can give them credit they did correct the pizza however barely any... meat on the pizza just plain sloppy! If I could upload a picture I would. My point is if your going to sale pizza with with yourname behind it take pride in making the pizza! The gentleman excuse was is that its not corporate owned all the more reason tomake sure the pizza is appealing to eat! That's how you get return customers! When you know better you do better. The Pizza Hut in Altus on Broadway has the best employees and customer service! They helped my husband with the online order... because we wanted to get the "Taste maker" pizza but weren't aware that you had to do it online. My husband received personalservice by Josh(an employee there) that helped him through the ordering online process and was very patient with my husband'slack of knowledge of using this app. Previously, a few days before that,we had also got pizza while dinning in and though wedon't know the employees names, they served us a piping hot pizza and some person service that that made us want to returnagain. We have had such great experiences in Altus Oklahoma with food and service, unlike Lawton Oklahoma locations. Thank you! Read more

Last 2 times gotten pizzas there, they have been on flat, not thin crust, although it was supposed to be hand tossed. The crust... was like chewing a tire and very unappealing. The toppings were great. Got to point where just ate the toppings. Read more

Make the pizza better. This is not the first time my pizza has been made wrong. The toppings on the pizza were fine. But the... sauce was not distributed all over the pizza. The tomato sauce/paste ( tastes like tomato paste, you get in cans) was nonexistent in the center of pizza, but was so thick by the crust it was hard to taste anything else, because all you got was amouthful of tomato sauce. The crust was not made to specifications. I had ordered the garlic hand tossed, it was just plaincrust, and was extremely thick. Ended up, only eating 2-3 bites of the slice, then threw the rest away. Bread sticks were cookedto perfection though. Read more
