I have never written a review ever in my life, but this was so bad I had to. The workers were on their phone all watching a... gender reveal video instead of taking my order, and when I did order and got it, it was wrong so I went up there and kindlyasked the lady that they forgot my pickles on my burger she had the audacity to tell me that I never said I wanted pickles, whenmy friend that was with me literally heard me. Takes forever 20 minutes 30 minutes and the drive-through is just way too long. I'm down here on business and I've ate here before the food has always been fresh and delicious and the customer service was... always top notch. Today I expected the same great quality unfortunately I was very shocked. I went through the drive thru and Istopped somewhere to enjoy what I thought would a great meal, the only thing great was the fries, my burger was fresh at all.
