I got 1 foot long sandwich and a salad. Over $32 absolutely ridiculous! Will not be going back with those kind of prices.

They can?t ever seem to read the online orders correctly, always end up with stuff I didn?t want on my sandwich or I?m missing... things I did want. Staff always has bad attitude. Loves has better sandwich service and that?s not what they?re known for. Read more
Girl working acted like she hated being there and was annoyed we came in. She was rude, didn?t listen to the order, both our... sandwiches were cold, sauces was all over the place, and wrong dressings. When she wrapped our sandwiches she used a knife cakedin sauces to cut through the paper and rolled them in that same paper so upon opening sauce was everywhere already. Read more
Just a traveler from Kansas who stopped by, here in Alva. The two employees who served us were very nice. Although we just came... to grab something to eat along the way, they greeted us and took the time to prepare our orders. Much patient & care was putinto our meals. While we were leaving, one of the employees greeted us in Spanish! As someone who speaks Spanish, this makes mevery happy to know that some employees are willing to serve people on a higher level by speaking in a foreign language. The food is great but the customer service needs a lot of work. Everytime my boyfriend and I come in there we are treated like a... nuisance. Almost as though the employees dislike their job, customers, and communicating with those customers. Read more
