Great Food , But The Drive Through Was Really Slow With Not Many Cars And That's Unusal For This Jack ....
Just drove into town from Colorado after working. Grocery stores weren't open, it was after 11:00 pm Oct. 6th, so I said I'll... grab some tacos. The night shift girl at the window and the lady cooking did not seem to be all there. Ordered two large tacomeals, ( 4 tacos) which comes with lettuce, cheese and ground beef. I did ask for no cheese. Instead, I received four largetacos with no lettuce, and two slices of cheese on all tacos. The beef looked liked cat food. My reciept specifically says nocheese. Not sure if they were on drugs or just don't care, but it's sad to see the staff have such little respect for the personthat owns the establishment and what they are trying to build. But then again it's Alvarado and night time. You can't expectmuch. I'll give one star because at least they showed up for work. Read more
Jumbo Jack cheese burger - lettuce crispy, tomatoes fresh and not mealy, bun soft and slightly sweet. Pickles crunchy. Fresh... onion. I love Jack's tacos. Don't care what anyone says.! Read more
Really disappointed..ordered the home style chicken sandwich & it only had the chicken, cheese & mustard. What happened to the... bacon, lettuce,tomato & onions!!! I ordered with the online app & my daughter picked it up & she dropped it off, but she hadalready waited 30 minutes when she go there. Tried to call & the phone just rings..I usually get Jack in the Box at the Cleburnelocation & it's always good. I guess I will continue to go there, until Alvarado gets better!! Read more
Maybe it's just me?... or inflation? But Jack-in-the- Box had fairly decent prices and decent meal portions, but not anymore... just like every other fast food place nowadays. Costs double but you get only half of what it was before all the nonsense Read more
Food was fresh and tasted good. Lost a star for giving us half empty fries. Lost another star for being out of spicy popcorn... chicken. Polite staff and clean bathroom. Read more
The staff was friendly they moved at there own pace but they weren't busy and the food was nice and fresh and hot.
