As a preface, it was super busy when I was there so it makes sense that some mistakes occured. They forgot one of my nuggets and... my fries where a little undercooked. However, the nuggets where perfectly cooked, the guy who took my order was very polite, andmy food got out to me extremely quick. So I am overall pretty happy. Read more
This is one of the only McDonald's on my way home from work that is still open late nights! They're always fast and the food is... always good. Never had a bad meal from here, even late at night. Read more
I had it at a 5 star, now its down to 2. I don't know what's going on with this McDonald's, but any morning we go (between 3am... and 4am), they're either out of food, only taking cash, or closed. I've done online orders to ensure I'm going to get food andwhen I get to the intercom, they tell me one of those three reasons. I've told them I had an online order and they'll either say"we can't take you" or "cancel it". We work nights, so 3 or 4 in the morning is the latest we eat when we're hungry, so our timebeing wasted because we have no clue what's going to be wrong with McDonald's that day is getting really ridiculous. Service stinks. Food is typical of McDonald's, but let's face it the employees are what leave an impression and they are... definitely lacking in customer service skills. Was told not asked to pull forward, food finally given to us without a thank youor is there anything else included then order is wrong when we get home. Read more
I Door DASH McDonald's. The food is always better. Really don't like the kiosk though. Find no sense into it. You still have to... approach the counter. My husband is not into computers. He refuses to use it. Read more
Poor service here, the late night manager is very rude. She was yelling and screaming for no reason. The staff was very friendly... and seemed more respectful and knowledgeable than the manager did. Overall food was made well just bad experience with managerhere. Read more
If I could gived negative stars for customer service I absolutely would. I watched the staff here ignore customers for 5 minutes... and then tell a older woman who just wanted 3 cups of coffee that she had to use the kiosk. Not only were they incredibly rudein how they said it she was absolutely uncomfortable using, you could see it in her face. I helped her order her coffee and willnever go back. Read more
