I came for the cheese sticks and left with a bitter remorse for society. I went in during my lunch break hoping to get some... delicious cheese sticks and placed my order at the register. I took a seat at in an empty chair to wait for my order and that'swhen I started noticing a weird feeling. It was like a sense of dread had come over me. I couldn't tell why but maybe it wasjust the atmosphere. Everybody just seemed angry and hostile. I was getting stares from all the employees but they weren'tstaring at me, it was like they were looking into my soul, maybe even just looking through me. It was almost like a cold,depressed angst feeling I was getting from them. About 20 minutes had passed and then I heard my order was ready. It was almostimmediate that the tension in the air was completely gone. I grabbed my order from the pickup counter and admired my amazinglooking cheesesticks and thays when I overheard on the phone that some teacher had been waiting for their order and waswandering where it was, since they don't get a very long break. The guy on the phone immediately hung up on them and gave me thesame stare as earlier. Now at this time, I grabbed my cheesesticks and high tailed it out of there without asking for anysauces. I still give them a 5/7 for how delicious they were even though the experience was terrible. Read more

I ordered a specialty pizza. It was a medium hand tossed , white sauce, chicken, ham,and pineapple and a 2 liter Dr pepper .the... last time I ordered it the cost was very reasonable. This time they wanted $33.56 outrageous. You would think it would be thesame price every time. Each time it's different. It seems to get higher each time. I love the pizza but I cannot afford to paythis price. It's very sad. I don't know how they come up with these prices. Won't be eating there any more. Can't afford it.It's just pizza but you'd think it was steak. I can get a steak dinner at the Roadhouse with the sides for so much cheaper. Read more
The absolute worst location around. If you want pizza in a timely manner, the way you ordered it, without half your order... missing, DO NOT order from the Alvarado location. Denise (mgr) is a pathetic excuse for a mgr or customer service rep. They leftoff part of our order then said it would be an hour and a half before they could bring the rest. She refused to refund the ordertoo. We will be calling corporate. Read more
Burnt cheese sticks,super thin crust, unevenly cut pizza slices, slices wouldn?t separate because the cut wasn?t deep enough,... stuffed crust cheese felt soggy instead hot and fresh. Thoroughly disappointed in my order and advise anyone to stay away fromthis location. Wish I had never come here. Read more
