If I could give zero stars I absolutely would have. The customer service at this location is absolutely abhorred. As a Manager... of another food service chain I cannot believe that the employees and managers treat paying customers in the way they did. Theyhave zero regard for what is going on in their store at any given time. My business has ordered lunch from this place for ouremployees multiple times. This time however, the order was placed and set to be delivered ACROSS THE STREET and with detailsadded to the order for which business it was supposed to go to. We waited an hour and a half, never got our order. Checked tosee if it was delivered the app said it was but we had not received it. Called the location and asked to speak with the managerabout the situation and she flat out refused to provide us with a refund or a remake, even when given an order number and aconfirmation number for said order. She blew my husband off and told us it was DoorDash's issue not theirs. And in the MIDDLE ofmy husband speaking to her another customer walked in and she walked AWAY from my husband to help this customer. Needless to saythey did NOT solve our issues, and did not even try to help us. Thankfully, DoorDash gave us a refund and apologized profuselyfor the situation with Subway. Which heck at least SOMEONE apologized. A pity it had to be DoorDash cleaning up the mess Subwaymade. I would absolutely recommend no one visit this location until they begin treating their customers with respect. Read more
The service from the daytime to night is crazy different. During the daytime, the subs are fantastic. At night, they put very... little to no effort in. The quality of this store tanks at shift change. I hope management reads this and replaces the nighttime help. Otherwise this is a good store I will continue to shop at........early, that is. Oh, and they always are out ofsomething....usually the most popular Italian herbs n cheese bread. Read more
Had to leave and apologize to the girl making my sandwich it was filthy in there there was no adult supervision there was food... from another place where they had thrown pizza and looked like they had a food fight in there with their loud and very rudepatron boyfriends that were up there talking to them and they was screaming so loud I couldn?t even order will never return Ihope the manager gets someone on staff that will control them. I would not leave any stars but don?t give the option.will never again go to this subway again until they get rid of the... management there. I did online order and money was taken out of my bank account. Went to pick up my order and ?manager? saidthey didn?t receive it. I even showed him my order number. He refused to make my sandwich?s or give my money back. Asked for hisboss name and number and he said he didn?t have a boss . Wouldn?t tell me his name either. Our server #0928 a young lady, was very rude and had no manners serving us. Only felt greeted by the older lady in the front... stacking chips. But the young lady had such a rude way towards us when we were being polite back to her. Read more
