I have been a customer coming to this location for years. But after tonight I?m not sure I?ll ever be back. I don?t know what... the deal is with the big guy working drive thru but wow.. he really needs a chill pill. There is no reason to be rude to thecustomers. Went inside to eat because the drive thru was pretty backed up. Waited 30+mins for our food. Two customers got up and requested... refunds. DoorDash driver arrived to get an order put in 30+mins earlier and they hadn't even started it yet. Food was mediocreat best, but it wasn't raw so I guess they deserve more than 1 star. The workers (and whoever the supervisor was) were veryunprofessional and S-L-O-W moving. When we finally left, the people who'd been ahead of us in the drive thru were just leaving.This small town Whataburger is a disappointment. Definitely needs a major overhaul from management. Very slow. Waited 20 min for a simple gravy biscuit. Also the head cashier was mouthing off to customers who asked about the... status of their orders. Could see the kitchen staff working and all of them were just taking their sweet time. Read more
