Jared and Jesus (aka Zach whom deserves a 15% raise) were both immaculate waiters. The care given was copious, and they leaped... every obstacle to ensure our comfort within their establishment. The hospitality was bar-none, and it ensures another visit tothe Mt. Pleasant Applebees is well within our future. They were very nice and attentive. The side salad there is very good I really like it. I asked for oil vinegar and lemon for my... salad dressing and they were very accommodating. I am not allowing myself mashed potatoes or potatoes of any kind and they werevery accommodating making vegetables as a change for me. I had the strawberry salad last time I was there and it was reallygood. It does have its own dressing on it and I took it that way I think it might have been a little sweeter than I would haveliked not that it didn't taste good it tasted great it's just that I prefer less sugar well I don't prefer it I need less sugar. Very bad lack of team work. Management could def use a crash course in running a restaurant. A few of the employees are amazing.... The rest are terrible..no team work as stated and very rude to customers. A business is only as strong as their weakest link. Ifrequented applebees once a week but after my last 3 experiences I'll never give this restaurant my money again. Worked there 10years ago and it was terrible. Apparently nothing has changed. Our bartender was awesome. She handled the crowd great. They were understaffed and we got there after 9pm. Food was good.
