Nice people but Horrible service. Live in Mt Pleasant and try every couple months, and consistently disappointed! Not the Best McDonalds I have ever been to but it?s most definitely not the worse. They can be very slow and it?s random on when... they take your order on a specific drive-through side, there is never any order, I could be in front of two cars and they wouldgo first giving their order before I do. There are a couple nice girls that work there, that being said this place can't get orders right to save their lives, always... confused, miserable people handing food out the window. I asked the girl for a drink tray twice, very nicely. Twice she handedme my drinks. I refused them a 3rd time, again asked for drink tray so she grunts, rolls her eyes, gets tray and puts bothdrinks on the same side of 4 hole carrier, so that it tips over into my car spilling when she hands it to me. ???? Her reply"I'm used to putting 4 drinks in a carrier" . Not to mention every order has something missing from it. We keep trying to givethem a chance, but they need to do something about staff!! I swear each experience gets worse! We try to give them benefit of doubt, but each time our food is screwed up (no onion or... pickle on mcrib), cappuccino cups half full (and we had 5 of them), and the boy handing out our drinks one by one, seeing ourorder had 7 drinks looked at my like I was from MARS when I asked him for drink carrier. He proceeded to tell me they didn'tgive him one & he didn't know where they were. HE HAD TO REACH OVER THE STACK OF DRINK CARRIERS TO GET OUR COKES!!! ????. Ican't understand how McDonald's employees think they deserve $15 an hour when they can't do simple actions correctly andcustomer service & attitudes are at their worst!! I also proceeded to speak with manager about the issues, she told me they werebusy, he was new, and many other excuses. M & J MANAGMENT hasn't trained these people properly or they have no standards forhiring people! Manager never apologized nor did she make the situation right.
