If I could give it 0 stars I would. To start off, TERRIBLE service. I ordered curbside tonight and when I got there and checked... in which the app had me call to check in I did so not just once but FOUR times and no one ever answered the phone. I had to dragmy toddler out of the car while it?s snowing to go in and get my order. And when I went in we were met with horrible service.Both guys just standing around talking to friends not doing their jobs then got mad when I said something about it. NASTY people???? Read more
Don?t order online from here - just like the many other reviews you can read, they took my money and never actually delivered... any food. They also seem to not answer their store phone during their posted business hours. Avoid if you can. Read more
The worst Pizza Hut around. They canceled my orders a few times because things were out of stock or there was no delivery... driver. I never got my refunds for that. My free redeemed order came completely wrong. I paid extra for stuff I didn't get.Didn't get refunded for that either. Can't get through to the store they don't answer the phone. I only get them on the phonewhen they call to cancel my order. Pizza Hut said someone was supposed to contact me and they never did. I give up. Theres adomino's around here now and their food is cheaper anyways. Pizza Hut also changed their pastas for some reason and I dont likethem anymore at all they are just like domino's pastas but worse. Read more
I stopped in to pick up an order and the person making pizzas was continuously sneezing into the open air without covering his... mouth and just continued to make a pizza. The one time he did cover his mouth, he didn?t wash his hands and started putting moretoppings onto the pizza. No one was wearing gloves while preparing food, including the sneezer. I also ordered a pizza andbreadsticks for delivery online and they never showed up. I called the store about a dozen times over an hour after my deliverywas supposed to be there and no one ever answered. I contacted customer service through their website since I couldn?t get aholdof anyone on the phone, and finally got a refund. The lack of hygiene should have been the final straw, but I love the stuffedcrust pizza and no one else around here offers it. I won?t go back, I?d rather buy frozen pizza and make it myself or drive toanother town and get it. In a town full of pizza places, you?d think they would at least try and have good customer service. We have ordered from the Mount Pleasant store in the past and was very dissatisfied. We decided to try them again after a year... and was very surprised. Our pizza was made at the exact time stated, The worker was very polite and brought it to our vehicle,And the pizza I must say was very delicious. We got the stuffed crust and it was baked perfectly! Pizza Hut used to be a great place to grab a pie. Quality has really gone down hill significantly; sad. On this last order both... pizzas had very little cheese and were just hard to enjoy. I've had better pizzas out of a box from the freezer section. At $28for this I'll have to take my money elsewhere. Read more
