What's wrong with this Panda you may ask? As many have stated there are few issues experienced by many and I can confirm the... same. 1. Food has very little taste. Chow mein and fried rice lack flavor and were both cold. 2. I normally visit Houstonlocation on Richmond and they give you a good serving sizes. This one seems to count each noodle and purposely fluff the riceand noodles to make it appear as if box is full. Why do this? It's just rice and noodles? Why skimp on this low cost itemsespecially when they've been sitting out and cold. 3. They do indeed close or wont cook food if they run out even 30min beforeclosing. If you are hungry late night dont expect these guys to have food. As many have reported they may even closeearly. I'm afraid it will close if they continue to operate thos way. Read more
First time here. I did not receive the quality that counts. Just like other reviews, broccoli beef had hardly any beef. Food was... ok, fried rice was bland, dry, a bit undercooked. Power greens were good. Portions of broccoli beef and sweet fire chicken werekid meal size at this location compared to every single Panda Express I been to. No iced tea brewed, found a yellow bucket underthe machine. Mens restroom has no soap. Friendly service is my only satisfaction I got here. It?s 12:24pm on a Sunday. I come here often and this was the first weird experience I had and I wasn?t going to say anything until I realized half my food... wasn?t in the bag. Maybe the creep at the drive thru window would?ve noticed it wasn?t in there if he wouldn?t have been tryingto be ?funny? by opening the window and saying ?that?ll be $900 for the phone? excuse me? The last two times we have been here at 8pm the employees were obviously ready to go home. One time they said they were out of... all food. Not sure why they remained open. Tonight all they had was orange chicken and rice. I have seen them cook thefood fresh and it doesnt take long. This is pure laziness. We are done going there. Read more
My first Panda Express experience is described as average americanized asian-themed fast food lightly seasoned to be okay to... everyone. I ordered a bigger plate with 3 entrees and 1 side for $10.50. There was nothing unique or exceptional about the 3entrees of beef steak, orange chicken, and honey walnut shrimp (the steak and shrimp are up-charged an additional $1.25) butthey were served hot and fresh. The fried rice was bland and the spring rolls the same. The tables were dirty and there was adirty paper plate with some sort of brown sauce sitting beneath the card reader I had to move to use my debit card to pay. Onthe positive side of things the restaurant had a modern feel, cooked small amounts of food at a time to maintain freshness, hada unique sweet and sour sauce, and a friendly staff. They were closed at 7:20 this evening. Sign on door says 8pm close, there was a line of very unhappy people. This is the second... time that this store has been closed early that I have tried to visit it. On the bright side, chick fil a is open late and theyshare the same parking lot. Read more
Okay? I spent $12 for literally three pieces of meat what the hell is going on with the Panda Express in Alvin???!! They didn?t... even ask me about sweet and sour or soy I had to drive back through and then to get home and see that I didn?t even receive themeal I thought is unacceptable? Read more
The worst panda we have ever eaten at. The first time we had a large order around 7pm 6-7 meals. All of the bowls were not even... halfway full of food. Beef and broccoli had 2 pieces of beef and 10 pieces of Broccoli. Two days ago for lunch, we orderedagain. I opened the to go box of my plate and there was 3 single small pieces of chicken on the plate and the chow mein and ricewere 90% vegetables. Picture below.
