If you're looking to get home with half of your items missing, despite paying for them, then look no further than this Taco... Bell. Want employees to complain when you return with a receipt because they forgot your items? Want them to STILL forget itemsafter you return? This is the spot for you. Take the extra 10, 15, or however many minutes to go to another Taco Bell, or justfind something else in the area. Update 4 months later: This location is still hot garbage. Getting wrong items, missing items(my most recent order had an entire combo missing), and terrible customer service seem to be mainstays of this location -especially with the woman with the high pitched voice at the window, who always acts like we?re bugging her. If you?re cravingTaco Bell, it may be worth the extra time to go to the Friendswood location. This one is truly the worst. Read more
I've been going to this Taco Bell for years. Management and the window folks have always been awesome. BUT the cooks/food... preparing workers are absolutely terrible. I will order a burrito and the ingredients will be in sections and not evenlydistributed throughout the burrito. I'll even get an extra ingredient added to an item sometimes and there will only be a smallbit of it in the taco or burrito I order. Read more
I have been here a handful of times and have NEVER received what I actually ordered. I have gotten ripped off so many times here... it?s pathetic they make you pay for good that they never give you. I would not recommend this taco bell location. Read more
If you're lucky enough to get what you ordered after your 45 minute wait (average seems to be 15 minutes per order) it's likely... going to be cold and soaked in grease. Don't even bother offering online. They charge you and then don't have half the thingsyou bought. No refund. No apology. Nothing. Just "too bad you ordered things we don't have, bye!" Took a bite of one of the soft tacos I ordered and literally pulled pieces of plastic out of my mouth. It looks like it may have... come from a plastic bag or plastic glove. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Read more
I used to love Taco Bell but it seems lately they aren't too concerned about service or friendliness. My food always looks messy... and just thrown into a bag. The employee taking the order just goes through the motions and makes no effort on anything else.Hopefully they fix things soon. Read more
