Eddie is by far the best in customer service. Always has a smile ???? on his face, and has that uplifting attitude. He has that... special gift of making people's day better just from talking to them. It's a shame we don't have more people like him in thisworld for it would be a much better place if we did. Food was hot..that was appreciated.. asking us to sit in front of the trash can while we waited-(we were the ONLY vehicle in the... drive through) was NOT acceptable.. waited almost 10min in the drive through for our food. Read more
This place should be reported to HQ for immediate closure. I was greeted ?welcome to ?Whataburger? then the crew (18-21 year... olds) continued making silly jokes to each other. Everyone looked busy doing absolutely nothing. I ordered the impossiblewhopper waited 10 minutes, while the burger was ready for 5 minutes already. I got an order to go and almost had to turn around and throw it in thier face after the first bite tasted like feet. I'm lucky... that it was so bad that I couldn't eat it or I would have definitely gotten food poisoning. I would rather stick a fork in myeye than go back. Read more

The food has been fine from here. The 1 star is directed toward their window policy. They won't let you sit at the window for... your food! They make you park then walk the food out to you. This has got to be for some corporate metric of preparing foodquickly. It is inconvenient and annoying. The employees hand you your food and leave quickly. They don't give you enough time tofind out if your order is correct. If you want more sauce or something was wrong you have to walk inside. So much for fastfood...this is slow food! Read more
I used to look forward to stopping in here on my way back south. It used to be one of the highest quality BKs I ever been to.... Only had two tables open and they were disgusting. Food was cold and disappointing. Fake coronavirus has the soda machine shutdown and no condiments to be found. I won't be returning here again. Read more
