Must visit if you want a close to Indian Dhaba experience in the states. Punjabi food here is close to authentic and raved by... few. I was not disappointed with options and taste. Only drawback is this is a distant place for Dallas residents to explore. Read more

We drove for about hour and half to get to Punjabi Dhaba. A lot of our friends were raving about this restaurant so we had high... expectations. Secondly you want a ROI given the time and effort to get to Punjabi Dhaba. Let me tell you friends the hype isfor real …. I was glad we came here for lunch. Setting the scene, this is literally like a Dhaba, you will see a handful of18 wheelers in the parking lot. The restaurant has outdoor and indoor seating. No food or drinks are allowed “inside”however you can bring your own drinks (BYOD) if you are sitting outside. We had : The Non Veg Platter : Chicken Tandoori,Chicken Tikka Kebab, Chicken Seekh Kebab. tandoori and Tikka are amazing, Seekh was not bad. They serve chillies, crushed greenChilli and onions on the side. Daal Tadka and Jeera Rice - Daal was light and flavorful. Desi Chicken Curry and Assortment ofNaan Desi chicken was the best of the lot, the gravy had the right balance of spices and the essence of real Dhaba food. AllNan’s were good but garlic naan was the best. Samosa Chaat - was decent Lassi is pretty average, if you are looking for thereal deal - skip this one here. Read more

The food is good. There is no concept of service here. Judge yourself by seeing the pictures. They give you free desserts for... posting a review. Outside water is not allowed. Staff is mostly irresponsive. Don't hesitate to beg for extra disposableplates and cutlery. Read more

A tad bit unmanaged, we got a different dish than ordered but had no stamina to go back in line and argue and get another one.... There was only one counter and that was slow as well. Food took time to arrive … food was tasty so that gets 3 more points.Need to be cleaner for outside seating. I will probably go get a takeout and eat at home as food is delicious! Read more

3.5 stars. Great food for where it's located. My friend has raved about this place for a while so I came prepared to eat. We... came here two nights in a row to try new things. First night, we got the saag paneer, their special chicken curry, chillichicken and garlic naan. Everything was delicious! Hot, freshly made and spicy - just the way I like it. I definitely recommendall of those dishes, esp if you love real spicy Indian food like me (not the watered down spicy most Indian restaurants in theUS come up with). We also got a sweet lassi which was nice but I would've liked the salt one. On night 2, we got the samosa, chicken Tikka kabab, aloo paratha, naan, the kadhi pakoda, chole and dal makhani. The chole and dal makhani were good but thekadhi pakoda was very salty. The samosa was oily and the chicken Tikka kabab wasn't something to write home about. The alooparatha was also ok. So the second night was a little bit of a dud as compared to the first night. If I come back, I'm stickingto the things I tried on night 1. Read more
