Excellent upscale new restaurant. Outstanding full bar, seafood tower was great, and Lee took good care of us. Only 5 minutes... from Rosemary, but away from the crowds. I’m sure this will be one of our regular spots! Read more

Decided to go hear after hearing it was open. Was our anniversary as well and had a reservation in Santa Rosa Beach at a lovely... Italian restaurant. We were surprised and impressed they could get us in right away. The staff is well trained in service andthey all seem to care.\n\nAfter attempting to order a few allocated bourbons Justin the bartender came to discuss it with me. Herecognized that the Bourbon fizz I had ordered for my bride he made. He was excited that he got to make it.\n\nFood wasdelicious. Service was wonderful by Brittany.\n\nWonderful evening st Ambrosia. Will definitely go back. Sooner than later. Read more

Loved our evening! For a brand new restaurant that’s not even fully staffed… killer job. Everything was cooked/presented... well/as advertised. The shrimp and grits at Great Southern probably edges theirs out. Mac and cheese was average. But thesteak and seafood (what they’re going for) otherwise was on point. Our server was perfect, beers were perhaps slightly slowto deliver.\n\nFrom photos I didn’t think I’d kind the restaurant design, personally preferring the dark wood look for “asteakhouse” … but actually it was quite lovely. Check out the bar for a more traditional steakhouse vibe! That was a greatidea. Can’t wait for the outdoor dining to open!\n\nWe will be back. I only hope they can keep up the food quality…restaurants on 30a tend to open strong then get lazy and/or cheap once they’re popular. Read more

This restaurant is truly a 5 star experience! From the time we arrived until we left we were totally pampered. Food was... incredible, the wait staff very knowledgeable and management was checking on you to make sure everything was perfect. We are soexcited for this new restaurant and what it is going to do for our area. It isn\'t directly on 30a with all of the 30a trafficwhich is also nice . We look forward to coming back again and again for their fabulous food and the experience! Read more

Ambrosia looks to be a great new spot to eat in the area. The food was beautifully plated and all top quality. I can\'t wait to... go back after the kinks have been worked out and try everything on the menu.\n\nWe made a reservation for 530 and were seatedpromptly when we arrived in the main dining room. The room is very modern, with white walls and lots of muted colors, withpaintings on the walls serving as constrasting accents.\n\nThe menu focuses on seafood and steaks, with a selection of fish thatis mostly sourced from the gulf. We started with the tuna tartare that was, unfortunately, a bit of a miss, but as they are newand the manager, John, was kind enough to remove it from the bill, I can\'t hold it against them. We also tried the squashblossoms which were phenomenal. It is one of those dishes that will bring people back. The steak selection, however, is thereason I wanted to try Ambrosia. Filets, ribeyes, and strips, all the classics, and all sounding delicious. I went with thedry-aged K.C. Strip, which was undercooked a little, however, with a steak of this quality, that shouldn\'t be an issue unlessyou\'re the type who order extra well done filets, but if you are, these steaks are wasted on you. My girlfriend got the Fruitsde Mer, which was also delicious. I offered her a bite of mine for a bite of hers, but she turned me down because hers was toogood to share, in her own words.\n\nWe shared the passionfruit cheesecake for dessert which was delicious. The mango on top wasperfectly ripe and not too sweet, the filling was delicious, and the size was perfect for a sweet little bite after stuffingmyself with steak. Read more

We had a wonderful first experience at Ambrosia 30A! Prices are reasonable, food was amazing, ambiance and decor are beautiful!... The management stopped by and introduced themselves and made sure we were having a memorable experience. The best part was thestaff! Everyone including the hosts, bussers, servers and management were extremely friendly and always had a smile for you!Isaiah was our waiter and he was phenomenal!!! His recommendations from the wine paring to the desserts were outstanding anddelicious! He was happy, fun, personable and professional! He answered all of our many questions without any hesitation! Andlastly, I love the fact that I can order a glass of Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon (my fav) and don’t have to commit to a fullbottle as the rest of my party does not drink red wine. Well done Ambrosia!
