Wow! A tavern with the best food I had in the Montauk - Amagqnsett area, hands down! All fresh and luscious. I had the homemade... chicken pot pie, which was out of this world. My wife had the burger- like no other burger she had, her words. The fries werealso like no other with a puffy shape of happiness in each bite. To end it all was a spectacular, homemade apple cobbler withvanilla ice cream. Insane. Not a slice of apple pie with ice cream but a homemade dish you cannot ship when you gothere. Remember, we all have two stomachs, one for food and one for dessert, lol. So how much was all of this? Extremelyreasonable and below most places that were horrible in Montauk. I personally have my compliments to the chef and may go there onmy way home tomorrow. Don?t let Tavern fool you, it?s too notch!
