Always enjoy Beefs, one of my go to places and not just because it?s 2 mins from home.
Been a customer for the past 8 years. This establishment has been disappointing the last few visits. Staff is slow and our food... seems to take longer than ever. Its been over cooked and tastes as if the oil is old. Today a man came in looking jittery andjust went behind the bar (not any staff member we have ever seen there before) he then came and sat with us and asked what weneeded. After waiting 20 minutes for our to go box and ticket we tell him, he then disappeared and never brought anything back.Finally we get our ticket and we are over charged. I then mention it and the customer cashing out says wait and he was overcharged as well. It's really sad to see the neglect happening here. Come on Amarillo we can do better. Read more
Great ownership. A good place for a group to eat at with lots of options. Also, a fun place to go during a sporting event!
We went on a bank holiday at dinnertime, and though it was obvious they were short on staff, our servers were great. Emily was... one of them, and she was upbeat, funny, and very helpful. We've visited here many times, but I think this was the mostenjoyable, simply because of her. We were sad to hear that she would be leaving for a new job, but we wish her the best in hernew career. Food was really good, especially the loaded cheeseburger fries. Best ever! One other comment...why in the worldwould someone go to a restaurant with literally the word "beef" in the name, and somehow expect to find a vegan menu option?(See review a short time before this one). They had food my kid would eat. Even if it wasn't what he ordered. That's probably the nicest thing I can say about it. They... really went downhill after Da'Rhona. Taking away the best dish on the menu sure didn't do them any favors either. Read more
???????? I DON'T RECOMMEND???????? I when to eat with my friends and it was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCES! they have like a huge menu 5... to 6 pages long and they have NOT ONE VEGAN OPTION! I literally had to eat a salad with nothing on it so it was basicallyLETTUCE no dressing or anything it was a terrible meal! I had to go to another restaurant to get food to go because I wasSTARVING after eating here!! it's sad that a chef and a restaurant has that big of a menu and doesn't accommodate all of his orher customers! This place was really good! There was 1 problem though, they put Parmesan cheese sause instead of cheese bits, but it was still... very tasty, and the chicken was very crispy! Read more
Food was great and service was great. Great atmosphere and Britney was friendly and made sure we were taken care of.
